Legal Usage Policy
UltraViewer is intended for lawful remote technical support, education, administration, and collaboration. You must obtain explicit permission from the owner or authorized administrator of any computer before connecting.
- Unauthorized access to computers, networks, or accounts is illegal in most countries and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
- Businesses must ensure employees and contractors follow internal IT policies and data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) when handling customer data remotely.
- Recording sessions may require consent depending on jurisdiction. Inform users when sessions are recorded.
- UltraViewer.io provides information about the software; end users remain responsible for compliance with local laws.
Ethical Usage Statement
Ethical remote support means transparency, consent, and proportionate access. The person being helped should always know who is connected, what they are doing, and how to end the session.

No Malware Clarification
UltraViewer is remote desktop control software, not spyware. Official releases are built for legitimate support workflows. Independent security analysis of version 6.6.124 reported a clean result: no virus, spyware, or malware detected.
Criminals sometimes abuse remote tools. That abuse does not define the software. We condemn misuse and encourage users to report suspicious sessions to local authorities and their IT security team.

Partner consent
The controlled user sees activity on screen and can stop the session. ID and password must be shared deliberately.
Integrity verification
Compare installer SHA256 hashes with published values on the download integrity section.
Antivirus awareness
Heuristic false positives are common for remote tools. Follow the antivirus guide before excluding files.
